2026 TRIBUTE LIST

The St Matts Service of Remembrance is a service for families whose children have died or are missing. During the service, a tribute list of names and ages of the children will be read aloud and displayed on the screens in the church and online. Our desire is to have all children recognised. To have your child's name in the tribute list, please fill in the form below. (Please note we do not carry over names from year to year for privacy reasons)
